for a permanent, full-time remote position. 

        


Job Description


  • With your passion for IT Security and our intensive in-house product training, you  become an expert of Versasec products and applications for credential management. With this expertise, you can build a career in all directions of  Versasec business.
  • As Technical Consultant, you interact with our network of customers and partners and pair their requirements with Versasec applications to best satisfy their needs.
  • In close collaboration with our Business Development unit and in direct interaction with our BizDev Engineer for the APAC region, you provide technical assistance and guidance to existing and potential customers and partners.
  • Be a regional contact for our Professional Services team, working with support related issues pertaining to our products, providing integration services and remote or onsite product training or webinars.



Required Qualifications


Essential:

  • IT graduate with background and passion for IT security/credential management. Both, fresh graduates or experienced applicants are welcome to apply
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft environments (server, virtual & physical), PKI, networks, and basic troubleshooting
  • Strong English communication skills and demonstrated enthusiasm in customer interactions and customer support, other regional languages are a plus 
  • Professional and credible demeanor and creativity, eager to learn and to (out)grow.
  • Ability to work within and contribute to an international, multi-cultural team. 
  • You are entitled to work in Malaysia.


Beneficial: 

  • Microsoft CompTIA A+ and Net+ certifications are of advantage
  • System administration, working knowledge of virtualization/cloud, VMWare, or equivalent


This is a remote position. You are self-organized and enjoy working independently, effectively and efficiently from home. Office setup with good internet connection is a must.
